Deploying the latest features and fixes with platform update 2.3.8-1.

✅ No downtime is required for this update. During the maintenance window usage of the QIN CodeSafe platform and app can continue as normal. Some minor performance degradation may occur but most users are unlikely to notice any difference.

📋 Noteworthy changes in this release:
- Added support for magic links
- Added "Administration" button to easily jump from pages to admin UI
- Fixed issue saving forms after configuring form rules
- Fixed issue with deep links not working reliably on some devices
- Added preventative measures to reduce impact of network reliability issues
- Improved validations for some APIs
- New and updated automation jobs
- Component and security updates
